Please note that trying to bypass any filters or loophole them will end in an automatic ban. It was SO much fun and it was such a good sailor moon game that wasn’t an actual game. I’m so curious if ANYONE was a part of that?īecause if you were, we probably played together because there were NOT a lot of us, I’m assuming. I literally played for hours with so many people I will never know or never remember and it was the best part of stage 1 internet. So it was basically team death match sailor moon via chat room text line by line? It was pretty brilliant for the time, looking back. they literally had it covered, whoever had made that program. Sailor Saturn had /heal /Drr death reborn revolution /slash…/ws was world shaking for Uranus etc etc. The moves were like…for mars example /mfs was mars flame sniper? All their signature moves were accounted for /mfi- mars fire ignite /bm was burning mandala /Phoebus was a move I think…like it was SUPER thorough. HostSN: the waves crash and you hear a violin play, MusicoftheSea holds up her wand and yells, “Neptune Kamek power make up!” Etc etcĪnd then you’d fight? Each character had moves that you could request from the host by /movesmars /movesneptune etc…sailor Pluto could stop time time and sailor Saturn could heal herself. Program sends through HostSN: (Usagi1984 raises her hand and says moon kamek power make up! So then the game would look something like this…everyone in the chat room would choose their character… Like say 3 screen names were in the chat room…the hostSN would run the program which would shoot out the dialogue (almost like a dungeon master in DND) but they could also play albeit they’d be delayed cause the program would be using their screen name to also fire off the text for other screen names… The interface reminds me of what Winamp looked like with a sailor moon skin. I want to say it was Sailor Moon Kamek or something like that. You would be in the chat room and someone would be the host AKA they had the downloaded program. I found a Sailor Moon chat room when I was little and I remember there was some program I learned about and downloaded that was basically a sailor moon game that we all played in that chat room. I’ve never brought it up with anyone but I wonder if anyone else was a part of this Sailor Moon niche in the 90s…I was on AOL as a kid…I’m guessing it was 1997 probably that I’m going to refer to… Hi! So, I’m 33 and this is about to be such a random post to a lot of people…but if you were a part of this, you would immediately know.
